Fulfilment Policy

  • Any online reservations via Le’Venue Hotel website are subject to the room availability and/or seasonal promotional packages, room rates, occupancy level or other Le’Venue Hotel requirements.
  • Customers are advised to book online latest by 12noon for the same day of check-in.
  • An e-confirmation voucher via customer registered e-mail will be sent once the payment has been successfully done.
  • Customers are advised to check both the inbox or spam/junk folder to retrieve the e-confirmation voucher.
  • If customers did not receive the e-confirmation voucher, he/she shall notify Le’Venue Hotel in the soonest possible via sending an e-mail to info@levenue.com or call at 03 – 8925 9989/ Whatsapp to +6016 709 9892
  • Customers are required to present the printed copy of the e-confirmation voucher and IC/Passport for verification during the check-in process at the Le’Venue Hotel Front Counter.
